New Students

  • Be prepared to sweat, work hard, and have fun.
  • Be committed to your practice-the more you do it, the more quickly you feel it, and the greater the benefit. Just do your best.
  • Bring a yoga mat, dress in comfortable clothing, and come hydrated.
  • Try not to eat for at least two hours before classes.
  • Classes are 60 or 75 minutes, please refer to schedule.
  • Do your best not to come in late or leave early. It is very distracting to others.
